It never ceases to amaze me to see so many businesses with such a clueless business model or utter disregard for customer service. You should never assume you know what your customers want. THEY will tell you what they want and you should listen closely so you can deliver on that and keep them happy. If your customers are happy, your business will be healthy and in turn you will be happy.
I have a new favorite phrase and that is “stress free”. I do what I do so I can maintain relationships, keep customers happy, deliver results that are wanted which all lead to a stress free environment.
As a customer, I have one requirement: deliver the good or service I’m paying for in a timely fashion.
Is that too much to ask for from all these businesses providing a “service”? I think not.
