It was a cold month of December the year of 1983, one of the coldest years in a long time for the small town of Rio Bravo. The hour hand of the clock said it was 4 P.M. As people sat in chairs and others paced back and forth, doors sprang open and a voice could be heard saying, “It’s a boy!”

Hi, just stumbled on your web site as I have just experienced, yet again a lack of or just plain poor customer service. I have a term paper for school and I needed a topic with 5 to 6 references and I just googled “customer service a lost art” and your site was the first to pop up. I never thought to put my thoughts down like you have and wanted to comment that I find your site refreshing.
